How Does SureSmile Work?
Instead of using metal brackets and wires to move the teeth, SureSmile relies on a progressive series of clear plastic aligners. First, your dentist will take a digital impression of your teeth, and this will enable them to create your treatment plan, which will determine the shape and number of aligners you’ll need.
Once they arrive, you’ll wear each set of aligners for about 20-22 hours a day for two weeks before switching to the next one in the series. You’ll come to our office for periodic progress checks every six to eight weeks, and when you are done with your last tray, you should see your ideal smile looking back at you in the mirror!
