Adult Basic Membership
Our adult membership plan is available for just $420 a year for a total savings of $120 or for $34 a month, offering a total savings of $153.50. In exchange for your membership fees, we’ll offer the following services:
- 1 basic cleaning every six months
- Oral cancer screenings with every six month teeth cleaning
- 2 dental exams each year
- X-rays as deemed necessary for diagnostics
- 1 emergency dental visit with limited exam and one x-ray ($150 value)
- 15% Discount On Dental Treatments
Child Membership
For our younger patients, membership plan coverage is available for just $330 a year for a total savings of $84. You can also pay $27.50 a month. Your child’s membership plan provides coverage for all of the following services:
- 1 basic cleaning every six months
- Oral cancer screenings with every six month teeth cleaning
- 1 – 2 dental exams each year
- X-rays as deemed necessary for diagnostics
- 1 emergency dental exam with x-rays a year
- 1 fluoride treatment a year
- 15% Discount On Dental Treatments
